The Budapest Card includes free, unlimited travel on almost the entire public transit network operated by BKK within the city boundaries. This covers:
Metro: All four main lines (M1, M2, M3, and M4).
Trams: The entire extensive tram network, including the scenic Tram 2 along the Danube.
Buses and Trolleybuses: All standard blue city buses and electric trolleybuses.
Suburban Trains (HÉV): Free only within the administrative borders of Budapest (e.g., traveling up to Aquincum, but requiring an extension ticket if you ride all the way out to Szentendre).
